1. Introduction
Welcome to RR Realstar Apps LLC, a Virginia-based company ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by RR Realstar Apps LLC on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including Geography Quiz for Kids (collectively, the "Apps").
In short: we do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information from users of our Apps.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Our Apps are designed to operate without collecting personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses
- Account credentials (our Apps do not require sign-up or login)
- Precise or approximate location data
- Contacts, photos, calendars, microphone, or camera data
- Device identifiers such as IDFA, Advertising ID, or IMEI
- IP addresses or browsing history
- Analytics, usage, crash, or performance telemetry
- Any other personally identifiable information
Any gameplay data (such as scores, progress, or preferences) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
Our Apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, social media, or tracking SDKs. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Meta SDK, AdMob, or similar services.
Note: The Apple App Store and Google Play Store may independently collect limited diagnostic or download information according to their own privacy policies, which are outside our control. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for details.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We take the privacy of children seriously and comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506.
Because our Apps do not collect any personal information from any user, we also do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13. No registration, login, or personal data entry is required to use our Apps.
Our Apps do not contain:
- Behavioral or targeted advertising
- In-app purchases directed at children
- Social networking features, chat, or user-generated content
- Links to external websites or social media
Parents and guardians: If you believe your child has somehow provided us with personal information (for example, by emailing us directly), please contact us at the email below and we will promptly delete any such information. You have the right to review, request deletion of, and refuse further collection of your child's information, though as stated above we do not knowingly collect any.
5. Apple App Store & Google Play Data Disclosures
Consistent with this policy, our Apple "App Privacy" labels and Google Play "Data Safety" declarations state that:
- No data is collected from the App.
- No data is shared with third parties.
- Data is not linked to the user's identity.
- Data is not used to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no user data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Nonetheless, residents of Virginia (under the VCDPA), California (under the CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK (under the GDPR), and other jurisdictions retain all rights granted by applicable law. You may contact us using the information below to exercise any such rights.
7. Permissions Requested by the App
Our Apps request only the minimum device permissions required to function (such as standard storage access for saving local gameplay progress). No requested permission is used to collect or transmit personal information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App or on this website. Your continued use of our Apps after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
